At The Caden Academy, we strive to provide high-quality coaching and digital education experiences. Please review the following refund terms before purchasing or enrolling in any of our services.
🧠 1-on-1 Coaching Services
Due to the nature of personalized coaching and the time commitment involved, all 1-on-1 coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Once payment is made and a session or program begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Please ensure you're fully committed before enrolling. If you have questions prior to booking, we encourage you to reach out.
💻 Online Courses & Digital Products
All online courses, digital trainings, and downloadable resources come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the course content within the first 7 days, please contact us at CadenAcademy@proton.me with your order details to request a refund.
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, regardless of course completion status.
